The Boulevard is Wigan's home of live music and late nights -- a 400-capacity venue hosting everything from touring bands and DIY gigs to tribute acts and the best of the local scene.

Thu: 8pm-3am Fri: 8pm-5am Sat: 8pm-5am

The Role

We're looking to hire an energetic, friendly bar team member who thrives in fast-paced, music-driven environments. Alongside day-to-day bar duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for covering the Duty Manager role when required -- including opening and closing the venue and managing operations during trading hours.

What You'll Do

Serve drinks efficiently and keep the bar running smoothly Create a welcoming atmosphere and chat with customers Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and ready for the next act Take responsibility for the venue when covering the Duty Manager role, including opening/closing the venue and managing operations during trading hours Assist with recruiting and training new team members on service standards and procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous bar experience is essential Personal Licence desirable but not essential Reliable, friendly, and able to handle a lively crowd Someone who enjoys music and being part of a team

Pay

NMW applies for standard bar shifts An increased rate will be paid when covering the Duty Manager role
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
