Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Bartenders & Floor Staff to join our team at our multi-venue establishment right in the heart of Belfast . The Watson Building includes The Library Cafe & Cocktail Bar, the Watson Draught House and Frames Pool Hall. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences for our customers.

Duties

- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Skills

- Proficient in basic maths for handling payments and calculating change

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is advantageous

- Knowledge of food safety practices

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently

- Bartending experience is desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
