Salt Horse is hiring temporary front of house staff / bartenders to join our small, friendly team in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town throughout December.

This is a short-term festive role with regular hours. Flexibility across the week is appreciated, particularly during our busier end-of-week periods.

About Us

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, Salt Horse is an easy-going, friendly bar known for excellent food and drink in a relaxed setting. With 14 draught lines and around 200 bottles and cans, we're a beer-focused venue backed up by a small, well-chosen selection of wines and spirits. Our kitchen delivers quality food, from standout burgers to strong vegan and vegetarian options. We're a small, passionate team who enjoy creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere.

Who We're Looking For

We're after enthusiastic front of house staff / bartenders who enjoy great hospitality and take pride in looking after people. You don't need to know anything about craft beer, if you're interested and willing to learn, that's enough.
