As a mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and beverages while providing outstanding service to our guests. Your creativity and knowledge of mixology will play a key role in enhancing the overall dining experience, ensuring that every drink served is a masterpiece.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks. Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. Assist with prep shifts during the week.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or mixology, showcasing a strong understanding of drink preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. A commitment to food safety practices to ensure the health and wellbeing of guests. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for customers.
