We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our vibrant team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and beverages while providing outstanding service to our guests. Your and hospitality will create memorable experiences for patrons, ensuring they enjoy their time at our establishment.

We are mainly looking for someone who is proactive and innovative. We are extremely passionate about cocktails and want someone who can immediately start. we offer over 147 classic cocktails.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the drink menu. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests during busy periods. Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining records of orders. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination of food and beverage orders. Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the drink menu. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques and ingredients. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage service. A friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
