We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced bar person to join our lovely team.

This position would ideally suit a professional person who has multiple years experience within the mixology world. We are looking for lively personable team member with experience and drive who will help deliver the finest customer experience and the most delicious drinks.

You will have a proven track record of achieving exceptional results in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to the needs of the business and our guests wants.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations. Provide exceptional hospitality to guests, engaging with them to enhance their experience. Manage time efficiently during busy periods, ensuring timely service. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of mixology techniques Excellent customer service and hospitality skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory Previous restaurant experience preferred Strong time management abilities to efficiently serve customers in a fast-paced environment
