Role Overview:

As a Desire Cocktail Bar Mixologist/Bartender, you'll be the heart and soul behind the bar. Your expert knowledge of spirits, craft cocktails, and customer engagement will set the tone for our guests' night. You'll excel under pressure, maintaining speed and quality during our busiest hours without compromising the art of the cocktail.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft expertly balanced, innovative cocktails with precision and flair Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service in a high-volume environment Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency Engage guests with confidence, knowledge, and charisma to elevate their bar experience Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service Uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations with unwavering attention Continuously update and refine cocktail knowledge and mixology skills

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume cocktail bar setting Bold, confident personality with the ability to handle pressure and demanding situations gracefully Deep knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and bar tools Exceptional multitasking abilities and a strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm, composed, and efficient during peak service times Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
