Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Receptionist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a slow-paced environment, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable experience. As a Bartender/Receptionist, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and delivering outstanding hospitality, taking calls and attending guests for check ins.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash and process transactions accurately while adhering to basic maths principles. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Uphold high standards of service and hospitality at all times.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Excellent time management skills. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
