Job Summary

Due to increased trade and opening hours the Ten21 team is looking for experienced hospitality staff.

Based in the heart of neath town centre we are a small but busy bistro opening at 9am to serve breakfast and them from 12 for lunch. Friday & saturday we close at midnight but earlier in the week.

We are looking for confident staff with experience in busy coffee and food style venues and experienced bartenders used to busy bars & cocktails.

we are independent, family owned with strong links to the local community and provide a great work environment for our staff and would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food to customers in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Prepare and mix beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring quality and consistency. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering queries about the menu. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery during busy periods. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices is helpful. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively. Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 36 per week
