Bartenders Wanted - Revolution Glasgow - Renfield Street

We are recruiting confident, enthusiastic bartenders to join our high-paced cocktail bar in the heart of the city. We're looking for individuals who can deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and bring a positive, team-focused attitude to every shift.
Cocktail-making experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidates. What matters most is enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
We are a small, close-knit team, and finding the right people to complement our existing dynamic is a really important to us. If you enjoy working collaboratively in a busy environment and take pride in creating great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Role Details
Pay: 12.21 per hour, rising to 13.21 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
Location: Revolution Renfield Street
Opportunities for training, development, and progression within the venue
Free food on shift and 50% staff discount to use in all Revolution venues
Requirements
Availability to work weekends
Christmas availability is essential due to peak trading
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment
A professional, friendly approach and willingness to learn
