Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender and servers , waitersd , waitresses to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while crafting a variety of beverages. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Utilize ICR touch POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable experience, including taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and special events. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance the guest experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing attentive service in a friendly manner.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is a must. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
