Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional drinks. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience for our guests by serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Your ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, and ensuring that all surfaces are tidy Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards Manage inventory by tracking drink supplies and notifying management of low stock levels Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when required Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe serving environment Proficiency in serving techniques and drink preparation methods Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively A friendly demeanour with the ability to work well in a team environment
