We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a flair for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring that every customer enjoys their time at our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and assistance in selecting beverages. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary to ensure responsible drinking. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Proficient bartending skills with knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques. Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain a hygienic work environment. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods while maintaining quality service. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members. A helpful attitude towards assisting colleagues and providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
