Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales. Manage cash register operations, including handling payments and giving correct change. Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages. Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment and enhance their overall experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service. Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately. Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy shifts. Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
