Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage tabs efficiently. Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable. Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently. Good basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to serve guests courteously while maintaining professionalism under pressure. A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required.
