We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and an ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic, non alcoholic and hot drinks according to standard recipes Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders in a friendly manner Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards

Skills

Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods Strong hospitality mindset, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is advantageous Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
Immediate start available. Must be able to work Friday, Saturday minimum. Restaurant is open 7 days a week 4pm-10:30pm more hours available upon request. Must be able to commute to location eh14 5de.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
