Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant restaurant in Hull. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer intake of alcohol and adhere to licensing regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions and inventory management
- Experience in bartending with knowledge of cocktail preparation and presentation
- Understanding of food safety practices within a restaurant setting

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting ideally.
- Certification in food safety or willingness to obtain one
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
