Job Overview:

As a bartender at Federation of Sports, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests while providing a fun, engaging, and vibrant atmosphere. Your main duties will include preparing and serving drinks, assisting guests, and ensuring that everyone has a great time.

While previous bar experience is preferred, we are happy to provide cocktail training to those who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with speed and precision, ensuring quality and consistency.

Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional service, providing a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests.

Event Support:

Help set up for live esports tournaments, sports viewing events, and simulator sessions, ensuring the bar area is fully stocked and ready to serve.

Cocktail Preparation:

While cocktail experience is not required, you will learn how to prepare a variety of cocktails and specialty drinks during training, ensuring all drinks meet our high standards.

Cash Handling & Ordering:

Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and payments, and provide change as needed.

Bar Upkeep:

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Perform regular cleaning duties, including washing glassware and restocking inventory.

F&B Duties:

Maintain cleanliness on the shop floor, clearing glasses, plates and cutlery while serving food in an efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Previous Bar Experience:

At least 1 year of bartending or bar support experience is extremely beneficial.

Cocktail Experience (Bonus):

Experience making cocktails is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive cocktail training. All we ask is you are eager and willing to learn!

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a busy, active setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
