Duties
Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) following company standards.
Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
Provide menu suggestions and promote daily specials or signature drinks.
Keep the bar, tables, and service areas clean and organised.
Handle payments responsibly through both cash and card transactions.
Create a positive and friendly experience for every guest.
Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Support the team during busy periods and maintain a professional attitude.
Qualifications
Experience in bartending or serving is preferred but
not required
-- full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Positive attitude, good teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
Must be 18 years or older (for serving alcohol).
Flexible availability -- part-time, full-time, and student-friendly shifts available (evenings and weekends).
