Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender / Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area. You will also be responsible for service of food.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Assist with all food service Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to enhance guest experiences. A willingness to learn about bartending techniques and drink recipes is essential.

Pay: 11.44-13.00 per hour
