Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating for crafting cocktails, mocktails, serving beverages, and creating an inviting atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Will be flexible with the work roles to adjust with the workplace culture. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and food safety practices. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions. Stay updated on industry trends, including brewing techniques and cocktail recipes, to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

Previous bartending 1 experience in a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or similar setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods is advantageous. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within the food industry. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
