Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with precision and flair. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with patrons to create a welcoming atmosphere while taking orders efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service. Manage time effectively during busy periods to meet customer demands promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving techniques and beverage preparation. Strong hospitality skills, showcasing an ability to connect with customers and enhance their experience. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills. Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous to maintain high hygiene levels. Excellent time management skills to thrive in a dynamic work environment. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team.
