Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety and excellent time management skills. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to standard recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, providing excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations Manage multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring prompt service during busy periods Keep track of stock levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bartending roles within restaurants or bars Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage preparation Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability in shift patterns Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and attentiveness to guest needs
