Job Summary


We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where hospitality skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, along with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly and take drink orders efficiently Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol licensing regulations Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle payments responsibly Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold the establishment's standards

Requirements



Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bartending roles within a restaurant or bar environment Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent communication skills and ability to serve guests courteously and efficiently Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy shifts Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and hospitality standards Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Cocktail experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: 8.00-12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 48 per week
