Job Description

We're in need of some talented individuals to join us as a front of house on a full or part time basis at The Leven Hotel Bar and Restaurant. Working front of house, you will need to be friendly, approachable and responsible for making our guests feel right at home from the moment they walk in. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

About you

Candidates must be 18+ Reliable and friendly Calm under pressure and bringing energy to the environment Take pride in your work and always looking to learn Be passionate about fantastic customer service Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment Ability to demonstrate experience in problem solving Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.

About the role (flexible)

Meeting and greeting our customers Serving teas and coffees during the day, cocktails, wine and beers in the evening Taking food orders and ensuring our customers have a wonderful experience Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer Cleaning the bar, washing glasses and wiping down surfaces Taking cash or card payments from customers Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers Full training Immediate start Weekend and evening work Pay: Dependent on experience Checking in Hotel Guests 3 month probation period
Whilst every effort has been made to explain the main duties and responsibilities of the post, each individual task undertaken may not be identified and the post holder may reasonably be expected to undertake other duties commensurate within the level of responsibility that may be allocated from time to time.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
