Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, teas, as well as wine and beers into the evening. Take customer orders, ensuring they are prepared and served accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, with regular cleaning and sanitising of equipment and workstations. Stock and replenish beverage and retail items, keeping the bar area well-stocked at all times. Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations. Operate and maintain all bar equipment, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Participate in training and professional development to continually improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Min 1 year barista experience A mature, happy, and eager-to-help team player. Previous experience in a similar role within a cafe or bar environment is ideal, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation and service Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of customers. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage handling.

Hours

We are looking for staff for our busy weekends witn a minimum of 7hours with opportunity to grow.
