Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Will be flexible with the work roles to adjust with the workplace culture. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while managing time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff for banquet services and catering events, ensuring seamless service delivery. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming environment for guests in both nightclub settings and fine dining experiences.

Experience

Minimum 1 years of experience. Previous bartending experience in a restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills are required for managing tabs, processing payments, and conducting retail math calculations. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus, enhancing your ability to serve diverse clientele effectively.
