Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customers receive prompt and friendly service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly sanitised. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and addressing any queries or concerns. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to licensing laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Uphold food safety standards throughout all aspects of bar operations.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Bartending skills, including knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques. A helpful attitude towards both customers and colleagues, fostering a positive team environment.

Experience:
