We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ waiting staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender/ floor staff you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons while crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide a welcoming atmosphere will enhance the overall guest experience in our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and floor area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes and preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and keeping track of stock usage. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced till at the end of each shift.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory effectively. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
