Job Description

All applicants must be as follows:

18+ Able to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) Able and willing to work up to 12:30am midweek or 2:30am during weekends, should shifts require Ensure they have a safe and reliable way to get home after shift, even on late nights
Hours:

Part-time, day, evening, weekend shifts
Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers working both as a bartender and as a waiter Take customer orders Handle both cash and card transactions Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons Maintain a clean and organised environment
Experience:

Previous experience is not required, what is more important is a willingness to learn from and engage with colleagues and customers
Skills:

Basic maths skills for handling cash and card transactions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service and reliability Willingness to engage with the vibrant array of customers and staff
ADDITIONAL ROLES AVAILABLE:

There are also roles available in the adjoined cocktail bar 'The Cob and Pen'. Applicants interested in this role should be suited to a more elevated and refined customer service aiming to provide excellent quality cocktails and experiences. It would be preferred that applicants considering a bartending role in the Cob and Pen have existing bar experience.
