Job Description

The Eagle Lodge & Oregano are currently looking to recruit 2/3 experienced bartenders and waiters to join our team. We are keen to develop our team by adding experienced individuals with a strong work ethic.

Succesful candidates will be required to assist in all areas of the venue, supporting both the restaurant and our various function suites when required.

Waiting Duties Include:

Offering a warm welcome to all of our guests. Sharing your knowledge of the menu with our guests and answering any queries efficiently. Taking orders in a prompt and timely manner. Clearing dirty plates and glassed when required. Up-selling additional accompaniments and drinks. Serving food to guests at the table in a professional manner. Keen eye for detail and opportunities where the guests experience can be enhanced. Maintaining a clean restaurant throughout service. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately.

Bar Duties Include:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. While in our restaurant you may be required to mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes or customer requests. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and glassware. Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately. Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of ingredients and supplies.
