Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at Genco Restaurant and Bar in Great Britain. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Interact with customers to take orders and provide recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Familiarity with food safety regulations is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
