Overview

We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, managing POS systems, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service operations. Handle food safety protocols when serving food or snacks alongside beverages. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods. Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service across various hospitality settings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, retail math, or hospitality environments preferred. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Experience working in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is advantageous. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work weekends, and holidays as required by the venue schedule. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
