We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food safety practices. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Assist in maintaining food safety standards throughout the bar area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the bar environment

Skills

Basic maths skills for handling cash and making change Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Bartending experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
