Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle payments and manage cash registers with accuracy. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Skills in catering and food preparation will be advantageous. A background in barista duties or bar service is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices is required to maintain high hygiene standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A friendly disposition with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
