We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EXPERIENCED Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced bar and restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety guidelines. Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring culinary standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Process payments accurately while maintaining basic maths skills for transactions.

Qualifications

2 YRS Experience is ESSENTIAL Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. A team player who is willing to help colleagues when needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
