We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BAR TENDER/WAITING to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest services. Previous experience IS ESSENTIAL , with knowledge of serving techniques. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling payments and processing bills accurately. Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous for assisting with food preparation. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
