Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus in a courteous manner Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during service and food preparation Clear tables promptly and assist with setting up for subsequent service periods Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, chairs, and condiments Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues swiftly Provide attentive guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately Familiarity with food preparation processes and kitchen operations is beneficial Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Outstanding guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour Ability to upsell menu items tactfully to enhance the dining experience Good organisational skills to keep work areas tidy and well-stocked Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 7.44-12.50 per hour
