Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender/Waitstaff to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have the ability to provide outstanding guest services while efficiently managing their responsibilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience. Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles. Previous bar experience is a must, experience within a cocktail bar would be advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism. Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
