Brook Hall Hotel is expanding its bar and restaurant team. We are a charming, independent hotel with 25 bedrooms, offering a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

About the Role:

We are looking for part-time team members with a lively and pleasant personality to join our friendly team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is essential. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Weekend availability is essential.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met while handling and serving food. Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance their dining experience.
