Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation and service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and creating positive experiences for patrons. Basic culinary knowledge, including food preparation techniques and an understanding of menu items. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
