As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks, to enhance the guest experience - Prepare bills and process payments accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service - Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner Skills: - Culinary knowledge to provide accurate information about menu items - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles - Ability to upsell and promote additional items to enhance guest experience - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Basic math skills for accurate billing and handling payments - Proficient in food preparation techniques (e.g., setting tables, folding napkins) - Exceptional guest services skills to provide a positive dining experience - Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for efficient service delivery - Strong hospitality mindset, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
