Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve meals, drinks, and desserts efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure tables are clean, well-organised, and reset promptly for new guests Handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system Provide attentive guest services, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties as needed, adhering to food safety standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Experience

Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable training will be provided for motivated individuals Knowledge of food safety procedures Familiarity with serving protocols, guest services, and upselling strategies is beneficial Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately Experience working in a fast-paced environment demonstrating excellent time management skills
