We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in an attention to detail restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting with menu selections, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Upsell menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and enhance their experience. Process payments efficiently and accurately while handling cash and card transactions. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including tables, utensils, and kitchen areas.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic maths skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is advantageous but not mandatory. A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.44-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
