We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated bar/ server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, accurately taking orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your hospitality skills will shine as you engage with guests, making their visit memorable.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, using the appropriate systems. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing excellent guest services. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and bill preparation.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling transactions and order accuracy. Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous for understanding menu items. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly rapport with guests. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with both guests and team members.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 38 per week
