Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Assist with food preparation and ensure that food safety standards are adhered to Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers and responding to their needs Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices is essential Experience in serving and kitchen roles is advantageous Strong culinary skills are a plus for food preparation tasks Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly attitude Basic math skills for handling payments and managing tabs A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn
