We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. Duties

Serve drinks and food to guests in a courteous and professional manner Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic options Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Restock supplies and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operation Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations Assist with general guest services, including answering queries and providing recommendations Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills are advantageous Familiarity with serving techniques and guest service principles is preferred Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Kitchen or culinary experience can be beneficial for understanding food presentation and safety protocols Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining excellent guest service standards
