Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Basketball Coach to join our team and lead basketball training sessions for players of all levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport and a desire to educate and develop players' skills also loving working with children and youth.
Duties
- Plan and conduct basketball training sessions
- Instruct players on proper techniques, strategies, and game rules
- Develop individual player skills through drills and practice sessions
- Analyse players' performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Organise team practices and manage game-day strategies
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture
Breakfast & After School Club, curriculum session in school
Skills
- Experience in sports coaching, particularly in basketball
- Ability to educate and mentor players effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards player development
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour

Sports coaching: 1 year (required)
Work Location: On the road
