Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Basketball Coach to lead our Tuesday afterschool sessions. The coach will deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate basketball activities for children, helping them to:
Learn and develop fundamental basketball skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork).
Build confidence through play and structured activities.
Enjoy friendly games and competitions in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality basketball sessions tailored to children of mixed abilities.
Ensure activities are safe, inclusive, and engaging.
Encourage teamwork, fair play, and positive behaviour.
Supervise children at all times, ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 per week
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 09/09/2025
