Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bathroom Designer to join our team at Fired Earth, Edinburgh. As a Bathroom Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating stunning and functional residential bathrooms, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the success of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing residential bathrooms and possess a passion for delivering unparalleled design solutions. As the sole designer in Scotland, being willing and able to drive is an absolute necessity.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements. Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing bathroom designs that align with Fired Earth's high standards and brand identify. Provide expert advice on product selection, materials, and colour schemes. Work seamlessly as part of the shop floor team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Manage and prioritise multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and exceed client expectations. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential bathroom design. Proven portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members. Proficient in design software Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality Self-motivated with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
